B. Misuse of the Content and/or Services

You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction of a state or federal court of general jurisdiction sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S. except to the extent you are prohibited from so doing by published governmental law, ordinance, regulation, directive, order, or the like. 5. General Terms.

A. Severability.
